1. I have been getting paytm postpaid bills even when im not using it since Dec2022.
2. They can’t show me the transactions and levied the late fee and when i pay any outstanding amount it goes in excess payment always.
3. I requested to close the account immediately and they give deadline that it will take a month to close it and i shall not use postpaid paytm which in any case im not using except to spend the excess amount as per telecon ( i have the recording)
4. i don’t trust these idiots any more and want to file a case of harassment immediately now
