This is horrible with Ola service.
They are charging multiple times this happens thrice in 2 week of slot time.
I paid money for long ride with my credit card but when reached to destination driver ask again to pay by showing payment mode is cash in Ola app even I already paid. I try to contact Ola with app but no response they don’t have any customer care number and poor scripted chat which is useless. After 1 hour with rude behavior of driver I pay the money while taking all screenshot of driver app.
I paid twice. Drop a mail to Ola but no response received.
Ola service need to drop as they don’t have any customer connect if any such issue observe. If we raise any issue via chat they closed the ticket without taking any action. Horrible experience. With Ola.
I am adding this message as this happened to me multiple times.
Ola need to respond fast.
