The postpaid payment of Rs 940/- for the Airtel no 9910867733 for the month of Oct, 2018 was paid on 30th November, 2018 by netbanking.The payment for which was paid still not credited for which evidence was provided at Airtel store Sec 120 Noida but till date complaint is not resolved and new payment of Rs 2000/- is asked to pay.I want the clarification where is the amount of Rs 940/- has credited otherwise I don’t want this connection just close and no payment will be paid until and unless complaint is resolved by your side
