Text of Complaint by Harendra:

I went to airtel office branch located in Dharapuram road, Tirupur, Tamilnadu and i met the branch head Mr.Suman raj and requested to provide me two more postpaid number for my airtel account. He told the monthly plan tariff will be changed as 1179/- from previous 749 plan. I given my phone to Mr.Suman Raj of the Airte office. He have changed the tariff without my permission and given me two blank sim card and told me that these two number will be activated in 24 hours. But nothing happend. Only my tariff bill rate has changed as 1179/-. I have talked to the customer care and they said to go again to request with Mr.Suman Raj of the Dharapuram road Tirupur Airtel office. I went there and told all the issues, but he said this is corporate company, i can’t do anything so you should pay the available bill.
Such a worst Airtel company cheating every customers in different methods keeping their branch office and fraud employees.
