During this disastrous period of lockdown, when mobile connectivity is the only source of help, unfortunately my postpaid no has stopped working, it says emergency calls only. I carry a single number which is attached to my bank accounts, so I am dependent on it for most of my work.. even my husband carries a single airtel postpaid number which is again not working…I have tried to reach the customer support, filled complaint several times and even mailed the company but to no use as I didn’t get any response. I hv paid and paying for a service I am not getting.
