Broadband isn’t working from 13 Apr 2026 to till date and time.
I did run the diagnostic in My Jio. The device is just blinking with a red light.
I received a text message from 13 Apr’26 saying that the issue is being looked into and will be sorted within 4 hours.
It is more than 72hours. Problem is still there.
Called the person Abdul Rehman (93648 91624) who did visit our resident to verify if Jio AirFiber can be connected. I paid an amount of Rs.4444/- for this plan.
After installation, the plan worked only for a day – 12 Apr’26.
From 13 Apr’26 – it is not working.
Abdul Rehman is not answering the call.
I called the installation technician (Phone # 6362022105) to check and sort the issue.
He said he will inform a person to check.
No one has arrived to check to sort the problem.
Now, even he is not answering the call.
I raised a complaint by calling Customer care – complaint # MR00010A8YG4. Problem is still the same.
If there is a network issue in my area then why was I told to make the payment and get the installation done.
Is the problem with the network or with the device or the whole system.
After all this efforts that I have taken. I am not satisfied with this service.
Please give me my money, kindly take your material and disconnect the connection.
