Dear sir/ Madam,
I Tej Prakash and my idea post-paid mobile number is 9911031789 since 2015.now currently Which merged with Vodafone. I call customer care many times, but there is no response from customer service side yet. Many time call disconnect by customer care Representative side. this is worst behaviour. My concern is My plan was Rs.199/- since 2015 which was changed to Rs. 299/-, last 4 month, according to whose will? I did not give permission/acknowledge for this Rs. 299/- plan.
Then I gave request on July 4th 2020 to close the number 9911031789. They told me it will post-paid mobile 9911031789 deactivate in 2 to 3 days. But still the hasn’t closed yet.I have been to the outlet twice times last date visit July 13th he told me again please wait for 2 to 3 days. 19 July, I again called Customer Care but disconnected by Customer Care Representative. I have called customer care total three times but Yet nothing has happened yet. Is this your responsibility to your customers? The total has passed 16 days. Who will pay the money for 16 days?
If you have any obligation towards your customers, please close this postpaid number 9911031789 as soon as possible.
