I have paid security deposit twice for jio postpaid connection. First one got cancelled due to data mismatched. And I have not received the same cancelled amount yet.

Dear Sir, With a regret, i would like to inform you that I have made a advance payment of approx INR 73000/- to JIO postpaid connection for my proposed international trip, however same was cancelled and jio team told me that to get the refund i need to terminate my connection. now upon several requests, JIO team is trying their best to not to refund my money and asking extended timelines day after day.
