Issue regarding Airtel network connection of my mobile & data both is extremely weak since I moved to my own house in same area 300 meter apart from my previous location(Begur road, Bangalore) on 11th March. Voice and data network is so pathetic and horrible that I can neither make nor receive phone calls and the internet is too slow to work with. This has been more than 2.5 months I have complaint to Airtel over the mail as Airtel thanks App also has always issue when raising this complaint and called several times to Airtel customer care and sent mail to 121@airtel.com, but no response in first 2 months, once I escalated to their supervisor then they acknowledged on 31st March and updated that they are working on my issue and can be resolved by 4th June. Now, concern about the billing of 2 postpaid mobile connections that if bill has been generated for the period from 11th March to till date why this bill cannot be waived off when the customer complained about this issue in March only and I was unable to use your service due to your pathetic or weakest network issue.
To add here, I am using airtel services of Mobile, broadband fixed landline connections and dth for almost 15 years. And I might have complained network issue for broadband internet but never for mobile, but when I complained about mobile network issue, Is it justified to ask the customer to pay the bill at the cost of not using any services.
Moreover, as this is my primary postpaid number and I have huge impact and loss due to the network issue facing and unable to receive any incoming calls on both this number(7022373979 & 9711053560) floated for my office work, loan and business related requirements as well. I have lost so many important information as well personal communications.
Based on above reason I informed Airtel that I am not going to pay the bill for the period(11th March – till date) as I couldn’t use your services due to your network issues and even after several followup and reminders, no response and action to fix my issue.
I need an immediate attention to address my issues and do the needful.
There is waiver of Rs. 2600/- requested.
