dear sir,
on 16/2/2018 i has visited vodafone store sonipat regardingĀ conversion of my postpaid connection into prepaid connection and on the same date i has clear all my dues.after which i got an prepaid sim which is going to be processed in next 72 hrs.
but my postpaid sim does not converted and after that i again visited the vodafone store and the same process happen again and again i has clear all my dues and now they again issue me a new prepaid sim and give tym for 72 hrs but again they didn’t do nothing and my process is not completed and after that i has visited the vodafone store around 20 times but the always says that it would processed within 1-2 days and my outgoing calls are barried from more than 1 month and even then i am paying all the dues till the date i have punched for the prepaid sim
and when i today visited the store now they again ask for the bill payment of 280 rupeees even whwn outgoing calls are barred and this is my main no which i used for all my purpose like in bank, LPG booking , in co-operative sugar mill and due to this i has bear i huge loss and they vodafone store workers are not responding to my complaints
