This is to draw your kind attention that this year, at the end of the April my Sim became inactive, I went to Naktala ,Kolkata 700094 Vodafone Service Center ,They Told me that my Sim is of 2G and I have to change it,So I asked for 4G prepaid sim ,they provide me 4G sim , but told that the service will be post paid and I have to accept Rs.399 plan for one month and After one month , I can change it from post paid service to prepaid . So I accept it ,after one month when I went to that Service Center to change the service plan from post paid to prepaid , but they clearly informed me that only after four month it is possible,on Septmber ’21 They will consider it and I have to use post paid service ( Rs399 plan) for at least coming four Months – Sir I think it is a forceful implementation of scheme ,why should I go to adopt such a plan when my requirement is very small ,and being a retired man I am not able to run with such a financial burden. So Sir ,please help me , I appeal for your kind action and interference regarding this issue.
