I requested for a POS machine last month to Paytm.
And i cleared all the formalities and even paid them the required amount.But until now i haven’t received.
Now when i called the representative he told, he is no more working there.
Then contact his senior who suggested me this option. He was telling he has changed the department. And he diverted to another person name Nithin (paytm ID: 3056430).
He assured the machine delivery since last week but still didn’t.
And now he is telling he won’t supply and do whatever i could.
Also scolded bad words at me.
Please consider my complaint and take the necessary steps regarding this.
