Airtel custome advisor team.
In response of your last trailing mail came on 02/02/2019 at 06:49 PM, It is to inform you that today (12/02/2019), I have again visited to the Airtel store situated at shop number 135 (or 153), Kunjpura road, Karnal. Again they have shown their inability to port my postpaid connection on 9678998761 into prepaid saying that still child number (Secondary number 8761877971) is active on my active number as on date due to which they can not take my request of porting my active number.
Please find attachment of a snapshot of their system screen showing that my child number is in active state till date whereas many of your advisers told me on various occasions telephonically that my number is eligible for porting from postpaid to prepaid and my child number is disconnected (It reveals that either customer advisers giving false promise and info or staff of Airtel store are lying).
As a result, I am only getting frustration and humiliation by your customer service. I have escalated this issue in last week of December 2018 and since that, after exchange of  a dozen of mails and dozen of calls including 5 times physical visits I paid to Airtel Store as suggested by your adviser and paid two monthly bills forcefully, I am still struggling for my porting request from postpaid to prepaid for my number 9678998761.
What to do? Where should I go? Please suggest ………
