Text of Complaint by Jitendra Kumar Pathak:

My mobile no was ported from Air Tel to Vodafone by providing wrong information/ commitment by Vodafone executive. I was having some doubts about plan, therefore, requested to mail the plan, Vodafone executive Mr Sameer advised that plan will be sent to you through mail and only when you will confirm through mail only then your no will be ported to vodafone otherwise it will continue in Air Tel ( recording attached ) but I am sorry to say that it will ported without such mail even I was not advised plan through mail.
Even though, next day I called to Mr Sameer intimating to not receive the mail, it was not picked by him then I advised him through mail regarding not reception of mail and not to port my no till mail confirmation.
Further I was also advised by vodafone executive that you are being provided a double powered sim by which you will not face the problem of network, call dropping and internet speed, but since activation of sim I am facing the network issue even today vodafone executive call dropped thrice and the same issue with internet.
Before porting, Air Tel offered me the same plan in Rs.225 rental but I told them to wait for some time till receipt of vodafone mail, as I have made them commitment, I am talking for commitment bit Vodafone ?.
In these circumstances, I am feeling cheated and not willing to port my no to vodafone and you are requested to continue it in Air Tel instead of Vodafone.
