Yesterday i received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and by 10 pm my number will be ported.
But at 10 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message “mobile network not available”, now currently my both sim are not working.
Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. as now my both sim are not working.
If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don’t have any solution also, they even said if u wish u can port your number to another network.
Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim
