Text of Complaint by TITO THOMAS:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I ported prepaid number 9447XXXX41 to Airtel 3-4 weeks back just because my family member is getting good call/data connectivity at home.
I am not getting HD/VoLTE for this newly bought 4G SIM in my mobile phone and call/data connectivity is very poor.
I checked my handset by placing the other AIRTEL 4G SIM of the above said family member at my home and by placing this SIM in his handset.
But my SIM didn’t catch HD/VoLTE in his handset and his SIM showed HD/VoLTE connectivity in my handset
and it showed good call connectivity even in the very weak signal area of my house.
This led us to conclude my newly bought Airtel 4G SIM is defective or Airtel has not activated HD/VoLTE for this SIM number.
Please note that the customer executive and his supervisor couldn’t understand this even though I communicated the same in vernacular language yesterday afternoon.
It seems they are unaware about “HD”  in connection with VoLTE. Please take appropriate action for educating them.
Therefore please fix this issue very urgently and I also request for fair compensation for the difficulties I am facing due to this technical issue from your end.
