Hi,
I had ordered PORTABLE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER AND EAR HEADPHONE on https://www.shinesummer.com/ for Rs 999/- on 15th May 2020 but no response from Merchant on delivery and the mail id help@shinesummer.in provided by them does not exist.
Kindly help in getting the money back and take action against the merchant. Whatever merchant details shared by Payment service provider PayUMoney is as below.
