I am having 3 connection of vodafone today I visited your vodafone store at Shop No.1
Tree House Plaza Vasundra Nagar Bhiwadi-301019 for portability of my postpaid sim to prepaid sim. As discussed with Mr Rupinder he said that first I have to send SMS on 144 mentioning GATE P2P then our customer care person will call you and give you registration no. As discussed with your phone banking team the same is not required. Kindly explain why the same has been required? It is just a wastage of my time. Is this the service we are providing to our customer. If i will visit for new connection then they will treat me fairly but here is portability in same network so they treated me casually. Why so? If there is no such process then how they can ask for such stupid things. Not able to understand the same. Kindly explain the process and get the smae done as it is very difficult to visit the store again and again this is the 3rd time I visited vodafone store in last 1 month. I am also working and has lots of work to do.
