Hi sir, My number 9030040913 First i was in DoCoMo network. I contacted airtel executive for Portability for docomo to airtel prepaid. He came my home collected id-proofs and 80rupees and said after activation of sim u will have a 1 month data & calls are free.I clearly informed to port into prepaid. But he ported my network into postpaid. After 1 month i received a bill of rupees 323 and for the 2month bill was 471. As I contacted customer care to wave-off my charges but he wave-off only 150rs and rest my bill pending is 655rs and my sim has been blocked.
Sir,i request you to please take a action .
