I’ve been trying to port out my numbers since 9th May. Vodafone auto-response keeps saying I have contractual obligations.
Customer care asked me to pay my latest bill along with an extra weeks credit pro-rata which I did the same day the bill was generated, the 18th, paying in excess of my bill obligation.
Now customer care says UPC code expired. But I have never received a UPC code! Vodafone service keeps trying to take some complaint about the network but there is still no resolution.
This is negligence and out of regulation for the service provider to block porting without any reasonable explanation or resolution.
