Text of Complaint by K V Balakrishna:

I have submitted port request on 09.02.2019 vide port ref no AA994136 and deposited sufficient balance in my account for next bill. Yesterday my bill was generated and paid total outstanding account. Now i called up to customer care for release the port, they are asking to pay another bill amount since they have received the port request on 12.2.2019.

I had raised request on 9th and I have received a call from Airtel for confirmation. Again your people are asking to pay another extra total bill amount.

When we are opted for Port i need to pay proportionate amount for number of days used your services, but customer care people asking to pay total amount and they are denying that the request was received on 12th instead of 9th.

Can you please clarify when are you going to release my number.
