their clothing articles are thin polyester rubbish, colours enhanced on advert, instead are washed out. stitching is bad. very bad but look good on advert, needs removing

Had the same problem. They want it sent back at my expense. I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge. They need to be banned from commerce in the U.S.
What did Paypal say?
I have not had a final answer yet but they agreed to take it off my charge while the dispute was ongoing.
Popluna is now putting the same rubbish on Facebook under several different names. They need to be banned from PayPal for misrepresenting their products.
How can I send this back?
Popluna said they will send a return shipping label but the costs have to be paid by you, not them, even though the product was not as represented. They claimed their return policy is clearly on their website. It was not advertised at time of purchase.
I have tried to contact service@popluna.com but keep getting an error message. My (2) dresses are way too small. Guess I should have ordered an xl or 1xl for a size 10. Their return policy says I must return at my expense. Im okay with that, even though the ad was misrepresented. I just would like to get part of my money back. Anyone have a suggestion since their website has shut down the service?
I spent 73.00 on what I thought was 2 stylish blouses, and a pull over dress, and a long necklace. I am full figured, so I ordered XL, and L, AND WHEN THEY CAME THEY WERE SO SMALL THAT I COULD NOT GET THEM OVER MY SHOULDERS, and the neck opening is very small. not only that, the necklace was back ordered, and they have had plenty of time to get it to me now-and it will be the only thing that fits–ha,ha, I fell the hassle of trying to send it back and exchange it, so I will take the items to Deseret Industries, and maybe someone will fit into the clothing.
yes dresses are terrible I got an XL it is more like anXS very cheep materal cost too much to return will never order from Popluna again
I’ve had the same problem with a dress that was more like a size eight than a medium – thin rubbishy material and no necklace. They’ve offered me 25% discount and to keep the dress which won’t ho over my shoulders. To return it would be a Chinese address at my own expense. Disgusting.
I have the same complaint as all of the above. I cannot reach the service listed to ask where to return the poor quality product.
Good News!!! PayPal has refunded my money!!!! Register a dispute with your credit card company for misrepresentation by Popluna!!!! Hopefully they will eventually get banned from these credit card companies if enough people dispute the charges.
QUALITY OF ITEMS IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM POPLUNA. I found this to be a total misrepresentation of the consumer products available on this site. Everything I ordered was cheap and not as pictured. I’m wondering if it is false advertising. I didn’t find out until later that this was coming from China (took several weeks for delivery). I think they should be banned from the U .S. market. I believe this a scam on some level. It will take more hassle and expense to send these items back to China! The returns to China at my expense was on the site, but you had to click on it. Lesson learned.
I sent in my request for return the day after delivery (within the 15 day notice). Let’s see if they get back to me at all.
This company needs to be removed for online shopping. Its giving all other vendors a bad bad wrap. The product shown is not at all wearable and desirable. Cheaper than cheaply made, not worth the money you spend, takes forever to receive and then returning it is another headache.
