Text of Complaint by Elise A Lee:

I purchase a pair of espadrille sandals from Popluna.  In the advertisement they appeared to be of good quality .  When they arrived they were cheap, low quality, made of some material that was tag sale type sandels.  I tried to return them only to find that I was required to mail them to China and pay the shipping cost.  Had this been included when I purchased the item I never would of bought them as the cost to return them will most likely be more than the sandals themselves that I was charged $14.79 plus $6.00 for shipping.
