I had bought a sunglasses from coolwinks when the offer was going on of 100%cashback upto 2000rs on minimum shopping of 1500rs which is called as summer sale by them.the terms and conditions were that no other offer should be used along with this one. I did the same and purchased the product. The cashback is supposed to come after 14 days of purchase when the return policy has ended. So as to confirm, i called their customer care to check if i’ve bought it under the t&c of thr offer and if I’ll get the cashback or not.they responded that you are eligible for the offer and you’ll get the cashback after 14 days but now as 14 days have passed they are saying that you are not eligible for cashback and also not refunding my item
