We ordered food by using Popeye’s App and we received an e-mail saying the order ready for pick and went to the restaurant and there was no order in my name. We have waited approx. 30 minutes no staff responded to me, I have called and they gave very reckless answers. After 30 minutes one guy finally responded after too many attempts, and he said order isn’t available and we cannot give you any right now. Another person came and said that system issue we didn’t receive the order contact customer care to get a refund. The people were very rude and reckless. We have waited for more than 45 minutes and no food.
