Sir/mam
This is in reference to the problem I have been facing since I switched to Airtel from Vodafone in March . The problem is POOR CONNECTIVITY SPECIALLY OVER VOICE CALLS for my no. 9873947747 in area Rohini Sec-13
I have raised complaints twice but none has progressed in a positive way . Rather they just provide me with a complaint no. Which is of no use.
Kindly file the attach complaint no.of my latest complaint and screenshot of “no service “ message in my phone most of the time. I have not been able to make important calls for the past 5-6months
Kindly look into the matter seriously and help me out here
