I am from IIT BOMBAY Hostel 11. Very poor network range in the hostel, because of which i am facing call drop issue, not reachable issue, not mobile data 4G range. All my recharge is going waste. I have complained four times in Vodafone customer services but no action being taken till now. They called me and promised to improve the network quality but no action has been taken on that. I don’t understand how such a big brand company Vodafone has such a poor customer service.
