I am feeling Very SAD to write this Email to Airtel senior folks that despite of complaining MULTIPLE times but No one left in Airtel Support to resolve the problem of Airtel internet speed which was committed for 100 Mbps. Multiple calls/follow up to customer care but VERY POOR response.
I raised first complaint on 18th April ’19 number 106651298; it was Closed( although I tried to re-open as well) without my consent
and gave False excuse to internal team. I didn`t followed up as I was on business tour…..Real Shameful Act.
I raised second complaint again on 18th May ’19 number 107552484; Again misleading behaving I spoke to multiple supervisors and Floor Managers (Amit Khan, Nitesh and then
Radhey Sham Dhakad) ; but all False commitment…. Giving helpless answers… This is and integrity problem.
I felt no one can help here with the problem, hence please REFUND my money back of Rs. 6000 Because I am fed up with the arrogant behaviour and false commitment of Airtel team.
