Hi Team,

I am writing this email to address the concerns that I am currently facing about the poor service that Hitachi service centre has provided. I had recently spent 4150 Rupees for servicing the low cooling issue which they promised to rectify after a thorough leak check. However, within a couple of months the same issue is still recurring and they are requesting me to repeat the same process and that they are not willing to take any responsibility for it.

It is really disappointing that despite choosing a reputed brand like Hitachi and reaching out to authorized customer support there is no proper resolution being provided. I have been following up with them since yesterday and haven’t heard back from anybody on this. Requesting you to escalate this matter to the right authorities for a speedy resolution.

  3. I have bought split AC about 8 months back. Having noise issue from day 1. Making complaints but very poor response from service Center. Even after 72 hours there is no response. During last complaint also service engineer was assigned after one week. Very poor response. Overall hopeless post sales service and poor product quality.
