In recent times Vodafone has become very poor with respect to their network as well as how they handle their customer care.

 

In my locality is horrible and I made a complaint to get this resolved, but there is no update from Vodafone on the status.

 

Now my plan has expired and without any prior notifications now I am unable to make or receive calls.

When I spoke to the customer care they said the issue will be resolved. My question was why should I trust a company with my money, when my business to them is not even considered by them?

 

So now I can’t call or receive calls.

What assurance I have for network status if I recharge and the problem continues?

 

I asked Vodafone to keep my service active until the network issue is resolved. But all they can say is we are working on it l.

 

 

No value of money,

No value for their customers

 

No proper platform to file a complaint, what is this government doing?

Don’t you’ll care for your people? Or do you guys just eat the money coming out of MNC’s and ignore your peoples issue

 

This is daylight robbery from Vodafone..

I will not be recharging my service without an assurance that I am getting everything for what I paid for.
