I am writing this email to express my extreme displesure with the poor services provided to me by Paytm. I booked a flight through paytm on 20/2/2020. Booking ID :10385627431 (AirAsia PNR is ZV3MUI for flight I5 1564 HYD-BBI 05 May 11:20).Then I get a message on 2/3/2020 informing me that the flight is not available for that time and I can either choose a different time or cancel the booking for a full refund. So I chose to cancel the booking for a full refund. So the Airasia customer service Rep asked me to cancel through Paytm. I cancelled it through paytm and the automated system processed only the partial refund of Rs. 1722. Then I had to contact Airasia multiple times and finally after 4 months they processed the refund of the remaining amount of Rs.6165 on 26-6-2020 under Paytm Ref No. 414469554 (Airasia CASE # 65085753). However, I dont see any progress on my case and no refund processed. I have called multiple times to Paytm and was given multiple case Nos. (160197831,163700476) but no progress on it. I request you to please condsider this case as an escalation and refund my money immediately.
