I raised service complaint regarding my AC break down when technician visited he told to change cooling coil and placed order but it have been weeks till then and no I have not got any response from Voltas or their service centre. Moreover their service centre people are not picking up my call and their call centre hang up my call as well. Such behaviour from company is not acceptable
