Text of Complaint by Abhishek Poddar:

I have bought a Fridge and its within warranty period.
I have lodged a service request on Tuesday morning (17th January, 2023) and they had send a technician in the evening at around 6:30 PM. He said that there is a Gas leakage. And told that it will not be possible for them to do on Wednesday as there technical guy was ill and on Wednesday he has call and it would be done on Thursday. On Thursday afternoon when I called them they said that a part is pending and when it will come then can fix the issue.
Today Friday they are not receiving any call. Even the customer care phone no after speaking to me said that they would give me a call within 10 minutes but its past 2 hours they did not call.

Its a surprise to me that such a big name company like Whirlpool does hav only one technician and that if a part of some appliances goes off they takes 3 to 4 days to replace it and even bad behavior of customer care and service provider doesnot receive phone calls.
