Dear Sir,

I have called to Customer Care Yesterday about Deinstallation of Cable,

But within 2 hours 1 call had been come to me about reinstallation of Cable instead of Deinstallation,

Again when I called to Customer care ,she told me that within 2 hours You will receaved call..

When no call has been come till today’s morning ,I again called to Customer Care ,then This reprensentative told me that Your request has been cancelled,Again i Asked why?

He told me You will reeive call within 24 hours for Deinstallation of Cable.

I want to say why Tata Sky appointed these inefficient customer care representative for Us.Please lodge my complain about the same because I have to shift from Current addres to other Location ..
