Bought two wardrobe which was prepaid & they delivered on 4th Feb. Person who was to install came with delivery however he said he has left his tool box & will come next day for delivery.
Never came & responded to call and informed that he will not installed the wardrobe & directed to call customer care number. Customers care number is always switched off & multiple mails sent to them was reverted with same response “we will revert to you in 24/48 hrs & matter is escalated to seniors”.
Till date (12th Feb) no one has come to install my wardrobe or even called as promised by customer care.
All numbers provided is always switched off & there is no way you can contact them.
