Text of Complaint by Bhimashankar shende:

Purchased refurbished product iphone 6splus “like new” as committed “Original charger & Cable” but in the box received duplicate accessories & Mobile also not getting charge on 13th June 22 after connecting with charger. Hence I raise request for return. Got call from executive & he is saying server not working currently we will re-arrange call. As same today I got call from another executive again she is saying that server not working & kept call on hold wich is get disconnected directly. Call to customer care 5 time’s yesterday & Informed them I am not satisfied with your service. Today tecnition is visited and repair the mobile. But i dont want to use repaired product. Hence i have raised requist to flipkart for return and refund. But now they are nor agreed to return and refund on the basis on mobile is working now.

This is very poor service from flipkart. I want ti return and refund.
