Text of Complaint by Mamta Basu:

Dear Sir

I had ordered 6 plates of Radhaballavi from Gangaram and sons which in Zomato app shows contains 2 pieces each
I have received only 3 plates and I tried to raise the issue in the app and I was merely told they will take up with the restaurant. Is this even a solution I had guests waiting for the food and I could t serve them. video attached.
More than the mistake of their restaurant partner it is zomatos lackadaisical attitude that is extremely shocking and appalling. They did not even make an effort to rectify the same or help me out by resending the missing items.
They cheat ppl like this on daily basis half of us don’t even bother to take it up seriously and this is how unjustly they earn.
It is extremely unfortunate that they don’t have a transparent feedback and grievance forum every time I wrote About my complaint and specified that their reply wasn’t helpful, they have merely ended the chat, is that even a way?
This is absolute cheating.
