I have purchased a TP link Range extender from computer empire, geeta mandir road, Panipat on dated 14.02.2020. The product was got defective/stopped working before 15 days and i have personally visited computer empire to rectify/ replace the defective product. The shop owner said that the product is under warranty and the same is required to be sent to delhi for its repair and will be handed over to you after a week after repair. But, the product has not been repaired/replaced till now even after more than 10 days. Even, i could not get to know the exact status of repair/replacement of my product. I am unable to use wifi facility since last 15 days and facing lot of difficulty due to the poor service of the company. It is therefore requested to intervene in the matter and take suitable action against the firm to avoid such kind of issues to consumers. The product is already submitted to the firm through computer empire, panipat.
