PURCHASED ONE PLUS 43 INCHES LED Y SERIES ON 17 5 2022 THROUGH AMAZON. AFTER SOME TIME, SCREEN GIVING BLURR VISION. FIRST COMLAINED TO ONE PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 5.8.2022 THROUGH COMPLAINT ID NO. DL220803H9055. ONE ENGR CAME AND INFORMED THAT DISPLAY IS TO BE CHANGED. HE WILL INFORM THE COMPANY. AGAIN ON 8.8.20222 I TALKED TO ONE PLUS CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED. NOW AGAIN LODGED A NEW COMPLAINED GIVEN COMPLAINT NO. INSI 220808639. AGAIN ENGINEER VISITED AND TAKEN PHOTOS OF TV AND INFORMED THAT DISPLAY WILL BE CHANGED WITHIN ONE WEEK. THIRD TIME TALKED TO ONE PLUS CUSTOMER CARE, ON 22.8.2022 AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE SOON RECTIFIED. I THEN TALKED TO AMAZON ON 23.8.2022 VIDE COMPLAINT NO. 37164 AND WAS TOLD THAT I WILL GET DEFINITE CALL FROM ONE PLUS. BUT NO CALL RECD. EVEN AFTER THREE WEEKS.
