Dear Sir/Madam/Team,
We have availed the service of DTDC for transporting a Television (LED)from Mumbai to Coimbatore on 5th Oct’19 vide their LT Number 100003408887 dated 5th Oct’19.
The consignment was delivered at our Coimbatore office by DTDC in a damaged condition. The consignment was delivered to our security and DTDC have obtained seal and signature. When we opened the consignment, we found that the LED screen was totally damaged.
This is a brand new Television which is hardly 2 months old by that time and we are very much upset by the service provided by DTDC.We even called them to come and study the damage happened during the transit and DTDC people are very irresponsible and have not even visited our office to witness the damage.
They are bluntly refusing any support.We are 100% sure that the damage has happened during transit. We are enclosing the image where the Television was used to display our company video, in the exhibition venue at Mumbai on 3rd,4th & 5th Oct’19 and attaching one more image of the damaged television delivered by DTDC at our office.
