Dear sir/ Madam,
I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to tirupati flight AI657 //PNR J4776 Date 17/03/2022.Flight
With reference to trail mail. I have received mail confirmation and telephonic call from customer care that flight was cancelled by air india due to technical reasons and refund will be initiated shortly till date I have not received any refund I am awaiting for refund I have escalated this issue but no revert and refund.
This is very poor service offered by air india request you kindly do needful on priority.
