Text of Complaint by Rohit Kumar:

Sir

We are using Tata sky service from last 7 years our customer I’d is 1119221909

From last 10 days we are regular complain the Tata sky office for non receiving of signal in our Tata sky box but no proper response received from. Their side.. The technician visited for the same unable to solve the problem they change the box and charge rs 400 for the same but the problem still persist  they charge addition rs 100 for every visit..

Sir we lost our money but still struggle with the problem of non receving signal in our Tata sky box
