Text of Complaint by Govardhan:

Hi,

I got a replacement SIM on 13 rd May’19 around 7 PM from the Vodafone store in Indiranagar and was informed that the SIM will be activated in 4 – 6 hours. Its almost 24 hrs and its still not activated. I called the customer care 4 times and during the conversation…I was also given a commitment that i will be activated. However this is still not closed and now they denied passing the phone to supervisor and have insisted me to visit the Vodafone store again. This is really disappointing
