Text of Complaint by Ekansh:

GoMechanic, this is with regards to the worst experience I’ve been having with your services and now it is two times in a row. Your Escalation Team is a huge failure and is of no use. See thread for case history.
It has been consecutively two times now that I created a order to get the left side mirror replaced of my car which is such a big thing for GoMechanic that even after taking my car to the workshop for whole two bloody days, it wasn’t changed. My car was driven by your agents almost 50 kms including both times with not a single thing fixed and it is me who paid the fuel price both times. Why am I suffering due to your bloody worst inventory communication and management. I want a compensation and refund of my FUEL. The Escalation Team everytime just stated that they would personally look over the whole situation and make sure the car is only taken when the part will be available to which they agreed but still my car was taken and the same thing repeats again the second time.Order IDs:

I demand a compensation of my days being wasted and the amount of fuel consumed to be returned as technically the cancellations have happened from your end.
