Text of Complaint by Prakash Kumar Roul:

It’s been two days since I’m not able to use internet and other services properly. Not only me but also other consumers of airtel in our area are not getting a stable network connection. Since 18th jul 2019 airtel 4g connectivity is stopped working in our are and also the quality of network has been reduced. We are not able to call or use internet. When I contacted airtel customer executive twice, they said sorry for the inconveniences and saying that network strength and connectivity is good but we are facing issues at our location which is bilikana, badchana, Jajpur pin-754296. Airtel customer executive didn’t listen to my complaint and just said thank you for calling airtel.
