Text of Complaint by Sachi:

  1. I had to get my set top box upgraded so I called the tata sky customer care to provide the service.
    I have called them around 10-12 times but there was no response from their end. They didn’t send anybody for upgradation. I talked to their senior officials as well and they assured me that they’ll send somebody in a day. But they didn’t send anybody. Later on I got the upgradation done by a local person.
    After few days I realized that my tata sky remote is not working properly so i raised another complaint for that but till now there is no response
