This is Kamleshkumar Mishra as a receiving customer for shipment ID No: 35425014881.
From last 2 months, I am facing issues with the way Blue dart service is following i.e. No calls just before arrival and directly updating with false status like recipient not available OR premises closed and when we call customer care executive then they reply that you have not received any call but actually I have never received a call and if required I can provide mobile no. to check if courier person has made any call.
We just get message on WhatsApp regarding status of arrival and failure without any genuine reason.
I was already available at gate and waiting for courier. Without any call to me status was updated that premises was closed.
