I am Writing about an account I tried to open with you about two weeks ago. Firstly my phone didn’t work. I was told it was blocked because it was possibly stolen which was untrue and secondly the broad band was never connected and when I queried this I was told there was not record of me having arranged this even though a new hub was sent to me and it was arranged for an engineer to come. This was then cancelled. My email is to say that all mobile phone contracts and the broadband that you deny I have arranged is now cancelled as from today 27.03.2025. EE/BT will now be my provider.
