Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself Bijoy Kumar Ghosh having two connection (9851059397 & 9832114107) with ur company.But unfortunately from 9/12/2020 in my two number incoming & Outgoing call facility temporarily withdrawn with out any reason.And for that reason I am facing lot of problem like GST filling,Bank transaction .several time I visited Kabiguru ministore,Bolpur,and also call ur customer care as well as company person like Subhankar Ghosal,Pulok Ghosh but everybody misguided me.i can’t expect this type of service from u.After this event I have to think that I will continue with u or not.
My request is to plz solve my prom within 24 hours otherwise I will to take legal action & also complain in Consumer forum against your company.
