Text of Complaint by Debarun Mukherjee:

I had booked a comprehensive car service, bumper paint and rubbing/polishing of my car Ford Aspire with Gomechanic, Vizag. Order ID 20230924971899188. From the time of booking, the Gomechanic customer executives (Charan Singh :+91 88006 47449) had flooded me with calls and whatsApp messages and lured me into taking GoMiles membership. I was assigned a service buddy Gompa Naidu. However, the moment the car was handed over to the workshop, Sri Smart Automobiles, I stopped getting updates and literally had to call them umpteen number of times for any info. Car was taken on 25 Sep 23 and it has not yet been delivered. The Gomechanic buddy is also not picking my calls and seldom replies to whatsApp messages with a reply “work in progress, will update”. However, thereafter I get no real updates. The service being provided is completely unknown and I am clueless whether any maintenance has been undertaken. I am also worried regarding safe custody of my car.
